Rental Terms
Definitions
- Equipment: The golf gear rented by the client.
- Rental period: The agreed duration between delivery and collection.
Bookings and Payment
- Bookings are accepted up to 12 months in advance.
- Payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, or cash upon delivery.
- Minimum rental period: 1 day. Maximum: 4 weeks (subject to availability).
Delivery and Collection
- Delivery takes place at the agreed location. Deliveries to hotels carry a €20 surcharge.
- The client must ensure safe and timely return of all rented equipment.
Client Responsibilities
- Use the equipment appropriately.
- Report any issues or damages.
- Allow inspections upon request.
- Return the equipment in the same condition in which it was received.
Cancellations and Changes
- Cancellations made more than 5 days in advance: refund or voucher valid for 5 years.
- Cancellations within 48 hours: no refund.
- Changes are subject to availability.
Pricing and Damages
- All prices include VAT.
- In case of loss or damage, the client will be charged:
- Driver: €300
- Golf bag: €200
- Other items based on replacement value
